We understand the unique bond between people and pets, and that's why Modena welcomes your pet with open arms with the following policies in place. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $400 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet. All animals must be pre-approved and house-trained. Sorry, no exotic pets are allowed. Breed restrictions apply, and excluded dog breeds include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations. Our community is partnered with PetScreening, all pets must go through their screening process before arriving at our community. Pet Amenities: Bark Park Dog Wash Station Pet Waste Stations
